1. Who these terms are with
The ErgoLIMS website and product are operated by Ergovance AI Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U58200KL2025PTC094720), Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. By using this website or the ErgoLIMS product you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
ErgoLIMS is licensed, not sold. Customers receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software per their subscription or perpetual licence agreement, which governs users, sites, modules, and support entitlements.
3. Compliance responsibilities
ErgoLIMS provides tooling designed around ISO/IEC 17025:2017, 21 CFR Part 11 and related standards. It is a software tool, not a certification body — responsibility for validation, accreditation, and regulatory outcomes remains with the laboratory.
4. Your data
Customer laboratory data belongs to the customer. On subscription expiry we provide a 30-day read-only grace period and never delete regulated records without the customer's written instruction, consistent with audit-trail obligations.
5. Liability
The website and product are provided "as is" during the current beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
